
- 500 g sugar
- 200 g bitter almonds
- 200 g sweet almonds
- 3 egg whites

- Soak the almonds in a liter of boiling water
- leave them for 10 minutes

- grind them in a mortar
- Mix well the egg whites and the sugar
- Gease the cookie sheet
