TECHNICAL PROGRAMS
The topics discussed will touch on all aspects of Imaging Science and Technology.
The main sections will be:
- Color Science
Color vision, color appearance, color constancy, colorimetry, color management
systems
- Hard Copy and Digital Photography
Color printing systems, thermal printing, inkjet printing, image quality,
novel printing, digital camera, imaging materials
- Image Processing and Pattern Recognition
Image compression, image understanding, pattern recognition, image representation,
neural network, multimedia, appliations of image processing
- 2D-Display and 3D-Display
LCD, projection display, plasma display, image evaluation, 3D image formation,
3D image reconstruction, holographic display, virtual reality
There will be plenary lectures, invited talks and oral presentations of
contributed papers.
Partecipation fee will paid by the delegates.

LANGUAGE
All papers and technical presentations will be in English.
TOURS AND SPECIAL EVENTS
Social and exhibition programs for participants and accompanying guests
will be arranged. There will be more details in the second circular.
There will also be possibilities in attending the INDUSTRIAL FAIR in CHIBA
during your stay.
