Oral presentations are limited to 30 min.; 20 min for the presentation and 10 min for discussions. We will provide an overhead projector, a slides projector, and an NTSC VCR with a color monitor. If you have special needs for your presentation please contact either one of the Program Chairs.
For poster presentations there will also be a 4 min. oral preview
presentation. Please limit yourselves to 3 viewgraphs maximum
(for example, motivation, results, and conclusions).
This will be strictly enforced by the session chairs to keep us on schedule.
Poster boards are 4 x 6 ft. We will provide pins.
For viewgraphs, please have no text smaller than 18pts. For posters, text size should be at least 35pts.
